| Catering Event Questionnaire: To help us plan your event, please fill out our Catering Questionnaire. Just click on the link below to open the questionnaire.
Estimated Guest Count: The confirmed guest count is needed 14 days prior to the event. Charges for your event will be based on the confirmed number stated at that time. Payment: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event when final guest count is received. Any invoice adjustments will be billed accordingly and are due upon receipt. Cancellation Policy: If the event is canceled more than 14 days prior to the event all monies will be returned at no additional penalties to you. However if the event is canceled within those 14 days 50% of your deposit will be forfeit. Delivery Charges and Gratuities: There will be a 10% delivery charge for all orders within the Salem/Keizer city limits area. There is a $25.00 minimum delivery charge and a maximum delivery charge being $75.00. Deliveries made outside of the Salem/Keizer city limits will be charged the regular rate PLUS an additional $25.00 out of area surcharge. If you would like Caruso's to serve the food at your event, Server/Bartender rates are $15.00 per hour. A 20% gratuity will be added to all events that request a Server(s)/Bartender(s) to be on the premises. Missing/Damaged Equipment: Any equipment that is missing or damaged at the end of your event will be billed to you accordingly. Restaurant Rental: Caruso’s is available for private access with a minimum food order. Please contact Angie Phipps for additional information at (503) 393-8272. Bar Service: Bartenders are available for your next event at $15.00 per hour. Beer, wine and liquor must be purchased from Caruso’s. For a hosted bar, you will be billed for the amount consumed. A $10.00 per person deposit is due at the time of booking for a hosted bar. |
